FOB Stock Forecast Portal
An internal forecasting tool for tracking FOB stock orders, customer reorder cycles, and ETAs, with a customer-facing timeline view coming in Phase 2.
The Internal team needed a better way to manage FOB stock orders, tracking customer orders, calculating ETAs, and forecasting when the next order should be placed was being done manually with no clear visibility across the team. Phase 1 focuses on the internal team experience: a clean dashboard where the team can manage customer orders, calculate ETA, forecast next order dates, and visualise the full order timeline at a glance. Phase 2 will open a customer-facing view, each customer gets their own simple timeline showing ETD, ETA, and recommended next order timing. The goal is to make FOB order planning easier for the team and clearer for customers, reducing back-and-forth and improving order accuracy.
